Hamachi the Ad-Hoc VPN client
A few days ago I found an interesting program on the internet, called hamachi client. Hamachi comes from the “LogMeIn” company which provides different remote login solutions. The Hamachi client is free software – free as a beer – but not open source. It is quite useful if you need to build private networks with the same subnet. Often, the Hamachi client is compared with Skype – easy and very simple to use. There is an interesting article on wikipedia. Here is the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamachi. You can download the client from: http://www.hamachi.cc . Too bad that this isn’t open source – so be careful because nobody knows what is in the client…..knows what is in the client…..
